Based on our experience, we do not anticipate import taxes being charged for prints in the countries listed below. However, it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with any local tax laws in their region.

Other countries may also benefit from tax-inclusive shipping, but the list below is based on confirmed experiences. If you receive a shipment without extra fees, feel free to help us expand this list by letting us know!

2-Way Tricot (Standard Fabric)

For standard 2-Way Tricot fabric, our shipping method is known to be tax-inclusive in the following countries:

  • All EU Countries
  • China (Mainland)

Maple Syrup (Upgraded 2-Way Tricot)

For Maple Syrup fabric, our shipping method is known to be tax-inclusive in the following countries:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • Germany
  • France
  • Australia
  • Japan
  • China (Mainland)

To keep things simple for you, we now change taxes at checkout, when possible. This covers any customs duties and import taxes that apply to your order.

We use special tax-inclusive shipping lines for these orders, so if you see the tax fee when you check out, everything is taken care of — no surprise fees at delivery!

For US addresses and eligible EU orders, no, you should not need to deal with customs under normal circumstances. We've taken care of it for you through our shipping partners.

While we are exploring other options, producing our covers in China currently allows us to offer the lowest prices and the least censorship on our designs. This helps us maintain the quality and variety you love, while keeping costs affordable for everyone.

Since we use tax-inclusive shipping, customs values are automatically handled correctly to avoid issues.

No special marking is needed, and our shipping partners have advised that lowering the value may make the package more prone to inspection.
