Cancellations

Pre-Orders:

  • Customers may cancel pre-orders at any time before the pre-order period ends.
  • To cancel a pre-order, please contact our customer support team at hello@heartclub.art with your order details.
  • Once the cancellation is confirmed, we will process the refund within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your cancellation, please contact us at hello@heartclub.art.

Returns and Exchanges

General Policy:

  • Heart Club does not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products.
  • Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
  • We will review your case and, if approved, will provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
